Hello Gustavo, v3 will be built upon WCF and we will expose a web service (SOAP) interface to the monitoring service. This will allow you to use any language you want to manage and monitor SSM monitors. WCF will also allow you deploy SSM to IIS instead of a Windows service. That feature is planned for v3.1.
